Custom work must be prepaid and is non-refundable/returnable. Custom work is completed as soon as scheduling allows and in the order it is received. We reserve the right to refuse any and all custom projects. Prices below do not include shipping.
Customers who wish to arrange an in-person consultation and mouthpiece design must arrange an appointment via sales@warburton-usa.com or call 407-366-1991 for a quote on the work you need.
In-person consultation rates start at $100 per session, not including mouthpiece and other fees.

Mouthpiece Bending
Some players like a bend in their mouthpiece. Our fee for this is $30 and we can bend most pieces up to 15 degrees.
